Scott, Liezel, and a night at White Castle!

Scott and his wife Liezel arrived at Scott's home in Mine Hill at 1am this morning. After going to Murphy's in D-town with some friends from work, I went to Scott's house to see him, Liezel, and Scott's mother. I sat down on the recliner and looked at the photo album containing pictures from Scott's wedding in Hawaii. After going upstairs, I noticed the newly renovated bathroom. Very nice.

Afterwards, Scott, Liezel, and I went to White Castle for a little late-night bite to eat. Afterall, they had just gotten off a lengthy flight and were hungry; so was I. I had never been inside the White Castle in Ledgewood before - usually I pull up to the drive through so I can take my order home with me. That place is F I L T H Y. Where are the health inspectors when you need them? There were empty burger boxes on the window sills, drink containers all over the floor, a pickle firmly clinging to the window (looked like Billy Madison had thrown it up there), and a bunch of other filthy after-eats through various areas of the "restaurant".

In addition, there were a group of kids sitting at a table pretty close by, one of which let out a loud, obnoxious-sounding fart for everyone in the joint to hear! White Castle does, afterall, stimulate that type of response in the human anatomy. Ohhhhh... quite an evening at White Castle.

Today I am only scheduled to work the lunch shift. Time will tell if I actually pick up a dinner shift to make this day a double. Later this evening, I will once again be going to Murphy's with Bill, Scott, his chronies, and many of the classmates from our high school (some of which I probably barely even remember). When asked by Scott what my feelings were about "Joey Dirt" joining us at Murphy's, my response was, "Two words - who cares???"

Been there; beat that.
