Popular business prospect!

Yours truly has now received two phone calls from two different companies in less than a day!Last night, as Jaime and I were headed to the Days Inn in Neptune, Metlife Financial called my cellphone. Naturally, I answered and the representative suggested that I set up an interview. Their particular headquarters is based in Mays Landing, directly across from the Hamilton Mall. Perfect! I scheduled the interview for Tuesday February 7 at 11am. They want to hire me for a sales job based on commission plus salary, unlike our friends over at AFLAC.

As if that was not enough, I got another phone call today while Jaime and I were eating lunch at Target. As the phone rang, joking around, I obnoxiously stated, "Probably another job opportunity; you will have to excuse me!"

Sure enough, and much to my surprise at that moment, the Port-O-Call Hotel in Ocean City, NJ was calling me to set up an interview! According to the woman I was talking to on the phone, Portocall is not hiring until late March-early April. That is perfectly fine with me.

Interview, anyway? You bet. I now have my second interview next week scheduled for Thursday, February 9 at 3pm, right after I attend the career fair at Stockton. Portocall might be a bit more down my alley. Looks like I have quite a week of business in store for me next week. I'm ready to roar!

I love Jaime very much! We had an awesome time last night. After going to Chili's for dinner, we had a great night at the Days Inn. How about that Sangria????

HELL YEAH

Quickchek, compared to that of Wawa!

Earlier this week, the night before my interview with AFLAC, I went to Quickchek to purchase some snacks to eat right before heading to bed.

When looking for a beverage, I noticed an opened can of Full Throttle Fuel in the refrigerator where the beverages are kept! That was pretty damn nasty! One thing I can say about Wawa is that I have yet to see an open can of anything in the refrigerator or on the shelves. I can no longer say the same about Quickchek.

I love Wawa!

AFLAC interview aftermath, lunch with King Dingaling, and more!

Bill "King Dingaling" Dyer called me today to ask me if I would go to Subway for lunch with him, so I did so. We had a pretty decent time, as he showed me some classified exclusives on his cellphone. LOL. We do not see each other all that often, so I enjoyed having lunch with him today. He is currently going to school at the County College of Morris, the community college that got me up and ready for Stockton. At this time, he is getting a job at some corrections facility in order to create a back door entrance into the force as a police officer.

Yesterday I went to Hammonton for my job interview with AFLAC. I was impressed with some aspects of the interview and the job requirements; others I was not. I told the interviewer that I would be interested in a second interview to review the details of compensation, due to the fact that I do not want to burn any bridges. My intentions are to keep my options open and select the best opportunity that comes my way. As a result, my plan is to attend the career and internship fair that will be held at Stockton on February 9. I will also be bringing Mike Espinelli (host at work) along with me to check out the school, the fair, and to keep yours truly company. We both requested off from work on that day, so we will be making a day-long adventure out of it - one that should be pretty fun. Dress to impress is the name of the game with the recruiters of these companies. Before I go to work tonight, I intend to email the recruiters of the companies that will be at the fair, ahead of time, so that I may have a head start prior to the date of the career fair.

Ambition and motivation are crucial - both are prerequisites for progress and success at this time of my life. There is certainly money to be earned in this world, but only for those who are ambitious and clever enough to earn it. Hopefully this career fair will present me with at least a few golden opportunities to choose from. I have already had one interview with AFLAC, I have an interview with Sherwin Williams lined up should I choose to schedule it in the near future, but I want to create more options for myself. The career fair on February 9 should give me the chance to do that. Rushing into things can be a rather costly habit, but I really need to get a job that will provide me with the funds to move out and get my own pad. I, and I only, know how badly I need to live an independent life under my own roof and by my own rules. I know what I want. I know what I need. As eager as I am to achieve this life style, I must carefully select my (near) future career so I am not regretful later on.

As I have been told, Scott Davies will NOT be moving to Hawaii in June. Liezel's pharmaceutical company will not allow her to keep her job and move to Hawaii. They will be moving to Orlando, Florida, which means they will be a lot closer to the rest of Scott's friends from Jersey as well as myself. I spoke about the whole idea with Scott on the phone last night. As a result of Scott moving to Orlando, he will be visiting Jersey six or seven times a year. Due to Scott's decision to move to Florida, I will also be able to visit him rather frequently.

Splendid.

For now, it is time for me to go. I have some emails to write and soul searching to do. Time flies, so I must go with it. Take care everyone! Stay tuned for the latest on this career hunting, soul searching journey to a greater, more improved life style for The Great One, AKA The Uncrowned King of Life! You do not want to miss a beat!

Peace.

A flirt named "Nelda"?

Congratulations, Manny Pacquiao!

Super Featherweight boxer and Former World Featherweight Champion Manny Pacquiao of the Philippines recently scored a 10th round knockout of Tijuana native Erik Morales. Morales scored a razor thin unanimous decision victory over Pacquiao on March 19, 2005, but Pacquiao reversed that defeat with a memorable victory this past Saturday. This could possibly set up a much anticipated rematch between Pacquiao and current Super Featherweight World Champion Marco Antonio Barrera, whom Pacquiao battered from pillar to post enroute to an 11th round stoppage back in November of 2003.

Back to the subject of ME...

Today I received an email from Nelda. I am still not sure of who they are or what they do, but apparently they have a website.

They left me an email that presented me with an offer that I could not refuse, or perhaps a scam for which I have little time to waste. Scam sounds more accurate. The email was as follows:

Ring me at my number below.
Let me help you
generate cash!

Goodbye,
Nelda

Just for the hell of it, I called the number just so that I may have it stored in my cell phone. Maybe I'll call again at a later time. Sir Bryan Bradley??? At least they know how to address me! LOL. $1.5 to $3.5 thousand daily seems just a bit too rosy and sweet to be realistic.

Weather this past weekend was absolutely gorgeous. Driving back home from Jaime's house in Howell, I rode home with an open sunroof! Yes, it was that warm outside. It felt great to be honest with you. Here we are now, on Monday, with cold temperatures, rain, and even a bit of snow. What on Earth happened? Perhaps it is still January afterall...

At this time, I am at the County College of Morris, where I once attended school to earn my Associate in Arts for Liberal Arts. My intentions are to touch up my resume so that it looks more professional for my job interview with AFLAC (or more notably the quack-quack insurance company) this coming Wednesday. I can only hope that I leave Atlantic County in a happy mood with extraordinary news on that day. My appearance shall look like that of a Time Magazine cover boy.

I shall appear completely professional.

Be sure to go to my links and check out The Cranky Hank Chronicles. Should you become this when you are 82 years old, I'm sorry.

Fun night at Applebees!

Such a nice day today.

Accidents on the Parkway last night were frequent, due to poor driving. There must have been three or four accidents between the exits of 140 and 127! To those who have not yet grasped the concept of driving, and had their drivers licenses given to them as birthday gifts, the windshield (the horizontal window in the front of the car with the wipers that wipe off water and snow under inclement weather conditions) is what one looks through when one drives. You are supposed to look at the automobile directly in front of you when driving. Not in the rear view mirrors, unless you are switching lanes. Not the dashboard. Not the side windows, which you are most likely to be focused on while checking Broadzilla or The Incredible Hunk in the car driving in the lane right next to you. The windshield is what one primarily looks through!

Applebees in Howell last night was a good time as well as a grand choice of something to do with Jaime, Gena, and Ken. We went to the bar, had some nice adult beverages, and celebrated life.

The bar was selling domestic beers for $2 a pop. Ken and I kept ordering rounds of Miller Lite and Yuengling, while the ladies stuck with their feminent drinks. LOL. By the way, there is nothing wrong with feminent adult drinks, such as cranberry and vodka and Long Island Ice Teas. They taste pretty damn good and get the job done. Jaime and Gena had mentioned something about being in chorus in high school and the fact that Jaime was in one of the pictures on the wall in the dining area. Ken and I walked over there to check out the pictures and to see if we could find Jaime.

Incidentally, there was this group of nerds accompanied by a pudgy-ugly (horrible physical identity to go through life with) who felt the need to talk smack to us men. They appeared to be younger than us, and not terribly bright, so initially it was difficult to decipher exactly what they were saying. Their simplicity was rather annoying for gentlemen like us to cope with, but I believe the rejects were trying to call Ken and I gay.

We actually were pretty happy last night.

Scrawny and ugly. Fat and ugly. Either of those two describe those condom popping mistakes who were seated at that booth at Applebees last night. They probably went home to be with each other, while Ken and I, two men quite attractive the opposite sex, went home with our women for the evening. Due to the fact that men such as us do not make it a habit to converse with idiots, we did not stick around in that area of the restaurant for very long.

Prior to going to Applebees, Jaime and I went to Johnny Carinos for dinner, which is also a very nice Italian restaurant. Their sangria is slamming! Portion sizes might actually be bigger than those served at Olive Garden. We had fun last night.

This coming Wednesday, I have my job interview with AFLAC Insurance. They are in fact a Fortune 500 company. Working for such an establishment would hopefully earn me a substantial income, set me on the track to embark in a fine career, and do wonders to enhance my reputation. This, 2006, is a new year and I look forward to making some major statements in the world of employment, graduate school, and life. I am The Great One, the Uncrowned King of Life, so I plan to make some great accomplishments and earn a few feathers to put in my cap. Rest assured, I'm going to makes some things happen this year. This year is the year for progress, success, money, power, and respect. I like the mountain top. I've been a few times at various stages of my life, so I plan to get back up there at this stage of my life. In terms of life, my spot at the mountain top is endless, but I need to get up there financially. That could all possibly begin with this interview.

Wish me luck.

At this time, I am going to get coffee with Jaime before she heads to work and I head back home to North Jersey. The weather we are having today is sensational. Enjoy it to the fullest!

Peace.

Comical, yet chillingly accurate!

About half an hour ago, I had lunch at G-wing with Jack. Today's sandwich special was this buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch dressing. It was actually pretty good; one of the better meals I've had in a Stockton cafeteria. Nice to know that G-wing has not totally fallen off the map.

Incidentally, I found this picture on Jack's MySpace and I really got a kick out of it. You would be amazed at how comical and accurate this message truly is:

Visiting Stockton is always a pleasure of mine. Each and every time I return, I enjoy myself in some way or another. I discover ways to amuse myself, whether it is having lunch with friends and bothering former professors. Now, I also get a chance to bother career services! Pretty soon, however, I have to leave and head back up North so that I may get to work on time at 4:30. *cringing*

Before I vacate the premises, I must first pay a visit to Dr. Worthington.

Until next time,

Peace.

HeRk18: aight man... I'll see

thought they could get rid of me with graduation. They thought wrong...

Due to a 9am meeting that I had at Career Services, I am currently at Stockton.

The drive to South Jersey went by relatively quick. On the way here, I stopped off at a rest stop that had a Starbucks and bought myself a Cinnamon Dolce Latte. It was really good. On the topic of the career services appointment, I am proud to say that I made some progress in terms of finding employment opportunities, knowing where to search for them, and knowing what exactly to search for.

Earlier this week, I came across a sales opportunity with AFLAC Insurance. They have a headquarters located in Hammonton, NJ, not too far from Stockton. Yesterday I spoke with a recruiter from AFLAC, who is interested in interviewing me for a sales position on Wednesday, January 25 at 10am. This is not your average house to house sales job, which is a relief. All business is conducted in an office at the headquarters, which is exactly what I am looking for. Hopefully all goes well with the interview and I will be able to talk job requirements as well as numbers with the interviewer. The job hours are Monday thru Friday from 9am until 5pm, which truly satisfies me. Lord knows I like my nights and weekends to myself.

Olive Garden has been driving me insane... sometimes it feels as though they drive me right into the pits of hell and get a kick out of it. Last night, the Ecolab dipshits who check the drains and inspect the sanitation aspects of the restaurant came in at 11pm. As a result of me being the closing busser, I had the privledge of staying until 12:15! At one point, I had mentioned the one drain at the bar was built in a poor location to be cleaned. One of the ecolab tools responded, "We didn't build the place and we certainly will not rebuild it to suit your needs."

Shut up and go give brains to a turd asshole.

Tonight, I am scheduled to bus as well, but I am NOT a closer. As a result of that, I will NOT be closing a side station tonight and I intend on making that point crystal clear with the managers. Stocking the side stations will due, but I refuse to close one for the second night in a row. I stayed until 12:15 last night, two hours and 15 minutes after the establishment had closed for business. Let somebody else deal with that madness tonight.

That is all. Everyone have a nice day and wish me luck in my future endeavors.

Peace.

A university for fight promotion??

As I was searching the internet looking for more job opportunities, I came across a website that was right down my alley.

Presented by Roy Englebrecht Promotions Inc, there is a Fight Promoter University. Knowing that boxing is a passion of mine, his looks interesting. Perhaps it is something for me to keep in mind, after I have earned a substantial amount of money. At this time, Jaime is on her way to my house, so I must get ready. Tonight we are off to the Olive Garden for dinner. I can not wait.

Take care everyone.

Peace.

Happy Friday the 13th!

Today, as we all know (at least most of us), is Friday the 13th, ladies and gentlemen.

Whenever Friday the 13th rolls by, it is 50/50 in the case of luck for those who are superstitious. This day could either bring bad luck or good luck. Hopefully today means good luck. The year 2005 already brought me enough of the bad.
I am off from work today, so I suppose that is a good thing that happened to me on this particular Friday the 13th.

Nonetheless, the day is young.

I must remember to call the Atlantic City resorts which I applied for jobs to last week. I could use some feedback on the status of my applications. At this time, I am going to head to the mall.

Yesterday, I enjoyed the greatest cappucino I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. Perhaps it would taste better today, being that I am off from work??? I would like to buy myself a cappucino with cinnamon, get some lunch at McDonald's, and pick up my check from work. Mickey D's sounds really delicious right now - quite the appropriate choice.

Maybe I will finally have the chance to exchange the Eminem Curtain Call album, a duplicate copy that my mother accidentally purchased for me, and get yet another CD. Sounds like a fun day for yours truly!

Take care everyone. Have a superb weekend and beware of hockey-mask-wearing, machete-wielding serial killers who drowned to death in Crystal Lake as children!

Peace.

Overdue blog action!

One on One with Jeremy!
Friend and former college roommate.

JMarti1623: i was looking at your blog the other
day
JMarti1623: you sure love pictures of yourself
HeRk18: oh, Blog of Bryan?
JMarti1623: 9 out of 10 pictures are of you!
JMarti1623: myspace
HeRk18: oh Myspace
HeRk18: 2 hot sites!
HeRk18: It's the
Uncrowned King of Life's Myspace... inquirers want to know who the owner and publisher is... I can't leave them hanging in the balance!
JMarti1623: its either you striking some kind of come-hither pose or you with jamie, holding her head
like shes some kinda puppy dog!
HeRk18: LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!
HeRk18: that's awesome
JMarti1623: its true!!
JMarti1623: that whole hand on the side of her head thing
JMarti1623: like "awwww...thats a good girllll...WHO'S a good girl??? aww....thats right..."

Jeremy is hilarious. I miss that dude. I also miss my fights with him on Fight Night Round 2. Well, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, it has been a while since I last updated, but here I am once again to thrill and captivate my world-wide audience of friends and fans.

The job hunt is still progressing, slowly but surely, but I now have one interview on the line with Sherwin Williams Company. Upon a successful interview, the offer is an M.I.T. position in sales with a base salary of $34,000 the first year. After I graduate from the training program, bonuses are to be included. This is not a horrible deal, but I am eager to see if any other companies can match and top this deal.

Today, through Careerbuilder, I applied for two more positions. One was for a buyer position at Spencer Gifts. The other was for a home furnishing sales consultant opportunity with Raymour and Flanigan. That opportunity, should I land the position, could offer me as much as $45,000 to $72,000 the first year I am employed with them. Much of it is commission-based, but I believe there is also a base salary. Hopefully Lady Luck is on my side.

A week from today, at 9am, I have a meeting with a lady at Career Services to discuss potential job opportunities. Hopefully that is a successful appointment. My wishes are to move out of mom's house as quickly as possible as well. Colleen and Frank are still looking for an apartment as well; I am currently looking into the apartments at the CLUB III real estate development that Jeremy, Sean, Keeley, and Jack are currently living at. I will be in touch with Colleen and Frank to see if they are interested in getting an apartment over there with me in the near future.

Jeremy, Sean, and Keeley are currently living together in two bedroom apartment at CLUB III for a mere $265 each! That deal is phenomenal. I can only hope to land a deal nearly as good as that.

On an unfortunate note, the California trip just might be unraveling before my very eyes!!!! Bill Dyer withdrew from the trip due to a job opportunity that came his way with some corrections facility. He will not be flying out to California on January 26. His withdrawal from the trip makes the entire experience (transportation to J.F.K. Airport, hotel accommodations, etc) that much more expensive for me. I may not be going anymore do to a lack of funds for my five day stint in California. Loan bills from school are coming my way, along with credit card bills, auto insurance bills, and many other payments I am required to make upon my return to the East Coast.

Remember, while I do have some leads for potentially lucrative job opportunities coming my way, I remain an O.G. ( Olive Garden or Out of Goods??) slave -

Oops...I meant server/busser/host.

Therefore, I am on a rather tight budget at this moment. So we'll see what happens in the next few days.

For now, it is time for me to depart. Take care, be safe, and have a nice day.

Peace.

Job search in Atlantic City not terrible... but certainly not great!

My job search in Atlantic City yesterday went okay. Not great. Not terrible. Contrary to Dr Whithem's statement, there were not 100-200 job postings at the Human Resource Departments of those resorts!

I applied for a few positions at Hilton and Resorts, as well as a few positions at Borgata online. Hilton stated that they would review my application and call me back within the next week. Let's see if they actually call me back. Either way, every single one of those resorts will be receiving a follow-up call from me within the next week. I also left my resume with all of those resorts along with Tropicana, which did not have any available positions to my liking. My patience is about as scarce as the employment opportunities that are out there for me right now, or so it appears. Perhaps I am too anxious, but would like to have a job that will enable me to pay back my loan bills as well as my credit card and auto insurance bills.

People always have a tendency to say, "Stop whining! Stop complaining! You're so ungrateful! Be happy for what you have." However, when the tables turn, and something goes wrong for those particular souls, they fail to practice what they preach and one can hear their whining - their complaining - their ungratefulness - 1000 miles away! Nobody ever got anywhere by being satisfied with the bare minimum. You stay satisfied with the bare minimum too long, you could end up with a bare ass and no money to pay for clothes to keep it warm! Finding a job is a battle and I must keep fighting.

I need a job other than Olive Garden, or should I refer to it as Out of Goods? They never have SHIT! Looks like I will be making some calls to Dr. Whithem, Donna, and Career Services this coming week. I need a job that I can get with my bachelors degree, period! I am not backing down ONE BIT. I want to make money. I want to be happy. After 20 years of schooling and almost eight years of labor, is that too much to ask for???

Last night, I met up with Jaime in Howell and together we met up with the rest of the gang at this bar called Ecco in Red Bank. I had this slammin' Berry Margarita, which gave me a nice buzz to remember on the way back to Jaime's house.

As I started drifting off to sleep in the car, I began to think about this job hunt and when it was going to end.

Undisputed World Middleweight Champion...

for one moment in Dreamland!

Are you wondering what exactly you just read?

Last night, I had a dream that I was at a boxing match. I do not even remember who was fighting. I can remember being at ringside and seeing many of the highrollers and boxing luminaries (Roy Jones, Jr and Smokin' Joe Frazier included). The strangest thing happened to me. Next thing I knew, I was the one who was in the ring boxing! I do not even remember the opponent - I know he was a caucasian and that I whooped that ass, but that is about it. The fight went to the scorecards,
and I was announced "the winner... and New Undisputed Middleweight Champion."

How about THAT for a dream???

This is all coming from a man who has boxing on the brain! I'm telling you, I did not want to wake up from this dream. It felt great being an undisputed champion - it also felt extremely real. I could have sworn I was holding three belts (WBA, WBC, and IBF). It was such an awesome dream. My mother, uncle, friends, and media were constantly taking pictures of me with the belts around my waist and draped over my shoulders. Unheard of, I tell you! Overnight, I was the Undisputed Middleweight Champion of the world. I reiterate - I did not want to wake up. I just wanted to look at my title belts and hold them up in air, embracing the moment and taking pride in my achievement of dethroning the middleweight champion - whoever the hell it was in my dream. I was a celebrity - a superstar - overnight in my dream.

Sadly, I eventually woke up. After getting up at 7:50 am to make drive down to South Jersey, I am now at Stockton because I have to update my resume and head to Atlantic City in search of an employment opportunity.

Jermaine, give me my damn belts back! I am not crazy enough to fight you for them...

Focus on post-graduation career grows stronger!

Along with the focus, lies THE VISION.

Last night was the first Tuesday night, in God knows how long, that the O.G. crew and myself did not attend Murphy's for kareoke night. Quite a sad reality, I must say. Apparently the manager at Murphy's was being an asshole; this probably prevented the kareoke night from transpiring. I sincerely hope that Murphy's does not fall off the map for all of us due to this problem that happened last night. As a result, a few of us ended up going to The Laughing Lion. We did not stay there for very long. Attendance was at an all-time low of O.G. peeps. Those in attendance were Rico, Jamie, a couple of her friends (non-O.G. related), Mike Espineli and myself.

While Rico, Jamie, and her friends sat at the bar, Mike and I sat at one of the tables and had a chat about work, New Years Eve celebration, and the future. We talked about the lives of the managers at the Olive Garden and how they have no life. I told Mike that I did not want that to me ten or even twenty years down the road.

Activities, such as the California trip, are vastly coming in my direction. Bill and I will be flying out to California from JFK airport on Jetblue on the 26th of this month. God I pray that you get us both there and return both of us home safely. Responsibilities are also resurfacing in the new year. This month, I also begin the payments on my new auto insurance bill for the new year. The job hunt continues, but I am working hard to pursue a potential lead that came my way during graduation weekend - a lead that has been largely overlooked up until last week!

There is a hotel in Ocean City, NJ, for which I have yet to figure out the name of it, where I could potentially land a job with my bachelors degree. When my mother and uncle were staying at the Rodeway Inn on White Horse Pike on the weekend of my graduation, one of the attendants at that hotel informed my mother that this hotel in Ocean City was beginning to recruit graduates from Stockton College. I only wish my mother had taken note of the hotel's name so I could approach them myself as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the faculty at Stockton will not be returning until January 10, so I can not yet benefit from the hookups that I have there in attempt to get a job this mystery hotel. The school officially opened January 3, but the faculty are not due to return until January 10?

O.K.

Patience is a trait that will be required on my part in the meantime. I will just have to wait until Dr. Whithem and Donna return their offices next Tuesday. When they do return, I will try everything in my power to land a job at this Ocean City mystery hotel, which I hope is no longer a mystery come next Tuesday. Hopefully, yours truly will finally have a job that pays well and instills less stress than my current job has been doing. My faith lies in the fact that hotels have many different jobs, such as property management, facilities management, hospitality accounting and finance, service management, and food and beverage to name a few. It is not like the restaurant industry, where food and beverage is basically the lone job requirement.

A couple weeks ago, I had a vision that came to my head when I was getting ready for work. My vision, since that moment, has been to land a job at a hotel with my Business Hospitality Management bachelors degree, in hopes of building a reputation with the company as an M.I.T. and eventually going to graduate school for Finance. As an undergraduate, I did reasonably well in my Financial Management course. The course content came off surprisingly easy to me. Acknowledging how financially rewarding a career in finance could be, couple with the fact that I would already have a job a hotel, I could be transferred to the financial department of the hotel, pending my attainment of Masters Degree in Finance. There is nothing more rewarding or desirable than getting promoted from within a company. This entire paragraph details my recent vision. Thought always precedes action, so I plan on taking action that will fulfill this thought and vision of mine.

At this time, I must head over to Best Buy to make an exchange. This past weekend, Jaime bought me the Eminem Curtain Call album for Christmas, which is a great album I might add. It contains all of Eminem's greatest hits with the bonus track "When I'm Gone" included. However, my mother bought me the same album yesterday and attached it to my bedroom door as a surprise. I felt so bad telling her that Jaime had already bought me that album. Therefore, she gave me the receipt and I can exchange that CD for a different CD! Not so bad afterall. I am getting a new CD today! So I am heading to Best Buy to take care of this exchange.

Everyone have a great day. Wish me luck in regards to the vision as well as my future plans.

Take care.

Peace.

Photos from New Years Eve at Headliner!

As you can see, we enjoyed the festivities to the fullest extent!

For the third year in a row, as I predicted, I drank a ridiculous amount, did not get sick, and woke up this morning feeling like a man fit to run a marathon.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Welcome 2 0 0 6!!!!
Countdown announced, well-heard, and celebrated THIS YEAR!

QUOTE OF THE NIGHT: "You're the hardest bitch to get!"

Last night was an amazing time at Headliner with the Hizowell crew. Lauren, Gena, Ken, Laura, James, Charlie, Dan, Nancy, Charlie, Erin, Caroline, Dave, Cheryl, Alicia, Marissa, Jeremy, Pete, Jodie, his cop pal, Laurie, Jaime, and myself were ALL at Headliner. I believe that's everyone. If I missed anyone, anybody important, let me know via comment!

As we had previously done for two years in a row, we once again put Headliner back on the map! We drank a lot of alcohol and ate plenty of pizza. After the clock struck midnight, I apparently made a number of drunken phone calls to some friends of mine. There was also a cardboard poster by the restrooms that almost fell on top of me at the end of the evening. James, Laura, Ken, Gena, Jaime, and myself rented out rooms at the Days Inn, which was minutes away from Headliner. According to the taxi cab service that picked us up and drove us to the club, 28 of the hotel residents at the Days Inn last night called for taxis to take them to Headliner!

Once Jaime and I returned to our room at the end of the night, I stripped myself of my outfit - all with the exception of my boxer briefs. According to Jaime, I wanted to go outside to get some air. Sporting nothing but boxer briefs, I opened the door to our room and walked outside in my boxers! LOL. I do not remember any of that! I wish I could have seen a picture or video of that moment. What a great night.

Unlike 2005, I respectfully greeted the arrival of 2006.

Let there be as much peace as possible. Let there be fun. Money earned, respect gained, and may all be right with the world. Let 2006 be a better year than 2005.
